Are you insured?
We are insured but as with any rental space, you need to acquire your own insurance coverage for your own goods. Check with your home insurance provider or commercial insurance policy provider – goods in storage may not be covered, or only have partial coverage.
What methods of payment do you take?
We accept major credit cards, debit or EFT. To make your monthly billing simple and avoid late fees, you may authorize us to automatically charge your credit card.
What kind of stuff can't I store?
Don’t store any combustible items, like fuel, paint or chemicals. Don’t store anything perishable, such as foods.
What if I miss a payment?
If you miss your payment due date, we will do our best to contact you. Late payments will result in added fees. If we are unable to contact you after a set time period, your locker/unit will be locked and your goods held until payment has been made in full. If we haven’t been able to reach you for an extended period, the contents of the unit may be sold to pay for rent owing.
